Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing SoulLife® at Toni Reilly Institute
We want your experience to be smooth and supportive. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for physical and digital products purchased through our online store.

Physical Products
This includes T-shirts, card decks, charts, posters, and textbooks not purchased through Amazon. Each item is created on demand especially for your order. Because of this, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will replace it for you at no cost.
Please contact us at team@tonireillyinstitute.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• a photo of the issue
• a brief description

Once confirmed, a replacement will be printed and shipped to you.

Incorrect Shipping Details
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout, the order cannot be reshipped or refunded. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

Digital Products
This applies to Life Map reports, downloadable resources and online workshops. Digital products are delivered instantly and, therefore, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues, please contact us so we can restore access.

Books Purchased Through Amazon
Textbooks or workbooks purchased through Amazon follow Amazon’s refund and return policy.
Any changes or requests must be made directly through your Amazon account.

Processing Time
Refund or replacement requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
